Ball Photographs will pay 20% of any successful action against anyone using their images illegally to the person who reports it. If you know someone who has used an image we created without purchasing it and/or has reproduced that image without license please let us know the details. We will give you up to $10,000 for a successful judgment.
The illegal use of our images will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in civil and criminal court. All the images we produce are copyright protected.
If you or someone you know has done this, simply get rid of the image or images immediately and purchase the images and the proper license to reproduce if desired. The offending party will not be prosecuted if they do this before they are reported by someone else.
